THE GREENEWAY PROJECT
KENOSHA, WI
Greeneway is a comprehensive redevelopment project of the approximately 240 acre land site, formerly occupied by the Dairyland Greyhound Park, into a financially viable mixed-use residential and commercial center. The development will employ sustainable development practices across multiple building types, including multi-family residential, industrial, office and commercial. Greeneway is designed to maintain natural sites and enhance Kenosha's community.
