JEFFERY JOHNSON
Interim General Manager
Jeff is an enrolled FCP tribal member and also serves as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) overseeing the commercial businesses at Potawatomi Ventures. Jeff previously served as the Vice-chair on the Potawatomi Ventures Board of Directors.
Jeff has owned and operated J.W. Johnson & Associates, Inc., a certified small professional services business offering civil engineering and construction management services in DeForest, WI. Jeff serves on the boards of the American Indian Chamber of Commerce of Wisconsin (AICCW) and Wisconsin Native Loan Fund, Inc. (WINLF).
ROBERT GAMPERL
Vice President
Rob is responsible for sourcing, execution and management of development and acquisitions at Sagewind. He brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate development and architecture to Sagewind and has delivered projects across the country in a variety of asset classes. He manages multiple complex investments at a high level but also likes to get in the trenches as needed; negotiating all contracts, managing consultants, overseeing due diligence and entitlements, construction oversight, performing analytics, and capital stack management. Rob is a licensed architect in the state of Wisconsin and a LEED Accredited Professional.
